HOW DO I CONTACT THE STUDIO KAMAN TEAM?

HOW CAN I ORDER A GIFTCARD?

At the moment, you can only order a giftcard by sending an email to info@studiokaman.com.

​

How to order your giftcard:

  1. Make a deposit on the Studio Kaman account, of the amount you wish to add on the giftcard. Our account number is: BE73 7370 6104 3860. 
    Add the following message to your deposit: Giftcard ⟨amount⟩ ⟨your emailaddress

  2. Send us an email with the confirmation of your deposit.

  3. After receiving your email, we will send you the digital giftcard through email, alongside a manual on how to use the giftcard on our website.

Our webshop accepts the following payment options:

MY ITEM IS MADE-TO-ORDER, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Made-to-order means that your order will be produced from the moment you confirmed the order. We use this method to reduce unnecessary stock.

 

MY ITEM IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Pre-order means that you order the product before it goes into production. Pre-order items will always show the delivery and production date. We use this method to reduce unnecessary stock.

 

MY ITEM IS PART OF THE STUDIO COLLECTION, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

The Studio Collection consists of pièce-unique garments, made in our Belgian atelier. Each piece is unique and made to fit multiple sizes.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We offer standard delivery to all countries in Europe.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, including a tracking link for your parcel. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We usually process orders within 1-3 business days after receiving the order. You will receive an email with your tracking information, as well as an estimated arrival date, once the order has been shipped. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us at info@studiokaman.com and we will see what we can do for you. Please note that the order can not be altered once it is shipped.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED?

You will receive your order with a Studio Kaman “Thank You” card inside. All items are wrapped in tissue paper and sustainable cardboard packaging.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

Studio Kaman has a 14-day return policy.

You have 14 calendar days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our office for a refund or exchange.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe will be refused.

 

If you want to return or exchange an item, please email info@studiokaman.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Name and email-address the order was made with

  • Reason for return/exchange

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

As soon as the package reaches us and meets all the conditions, we will arrange the refund of the purchase within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to postpone payment until we have received the goods. All approved returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, as well as the return costs and all potential customs duties.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
