This page states the Terms and Conditions under which you use www.studiokaman.com.

Please note that any use of this website means that you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

 

1. GENERAL

All prices on the website are given in Euro and all payments must be made in Euro. All prices quoted are inclusive of Belgian VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The contract price is the current price at the moment when an order is placed on the webshop.

By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order.

 

We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Studio Kaman will not be accepting any order from anyone under the age of 18.

It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept your offer of purchase. This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt.

 

Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below payments section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us. Studio Kaman is not bound by the terms of its offer in the event that there is any printing, typesetting or programming fault on its website. The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Studio Kaman, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

 

Orders that are shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Studio Kaman has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be​.

2. PRIVACY

Studio Kaman will not sell, trade or rent your information to anyone. When you place an order on www.studiokaman.com we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address and creditcard number. We use this information to fulfil the order and to communicate with you regarding your order. No creditcard details will be stored. For more information, please check our Privacy Policy

 

 

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

We will notify you when your order has been shipped, as well as send you the tracking details as soon as the parcel has been collected.

Studio Kaman will act with the greatest possible care in processing orders for articles. All articles will be delivered to the address given by the customer when placing the order. Studio Kaman will dispatch accepted orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they are received. 

If Studio Kaman delivers an article different from the one ordered, or if the article is damaged or defective, the customer must notify Studio Kaman of this error, within five days, in writing to info@studiokaman.com. Studio Kaman shall reimburse the initial purchase price plus shipping fees.

4. RETURN AND REFUNDS​

Studio Kaman has a 14-day return policy.

You have 14 calendar days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our office for a refund or exchange.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe will be refused.

 

If you want to return or exchange an item, please email info@studiokaman.com with the following information:

• Order number

• Name and email-address the order was made with

• Reason for return/exchange

 

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

You can return your order under certain conditions. Please check whether your order qualifies for a return: 

• Returning is possible within 14 days after receiving your package.

• The articles should be in perfect new condition: no stains, not worn or washed.

• All original labels should still be attached.

• If the article(s) contain stains they will not be accepted.

• The garment should be packed in the original packaging, using the closure for return.

Studio Kaman cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the parcel. On receipt of the product(s) returned by the customer, our customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the product by e-mail. We recommend you ship the package with a tracking option, as you will be responsible for the package until it reaches our office.​ As soon as the package reaches us and meets all the conditions mentioned above, we will arrange the refund of the purchase within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to postpone payment until we have received the goods. All approved returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, as well as the return costs and all potential customs duties.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way, in this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

Any return for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused; so make sure you always enclose the invoice. Return shipments that are sent outside the 14-day time frame, will not be accepted.

5. APPLICABLE LAWS

 

In case you have complaints about our services, do not hesitate to contact us through info@studiokaman.com. Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. Belgian Law applies with the exclusion of any other national law to all our contracts with our clients, notwithstanding their place of residence. Belgian courts have exclusive competence in case of any dispute. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Belgium in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith. If in case of reasons of International law another law would apply, there will always be referred to the Belgian Law of Commercial Practices and Consumer Protection when interpreting the current general terms of sale.
