CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Studio Kaman has a 14-day return policy:
You have 14 calendar days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our office for a refund or exchange.
Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe will be refused and returned to the sender.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
You can return your order under certain conditions. Please check whether your order qualifies for a return:

Returning is possible within 14 days after receiving your package.

The articles should be in perfect new condition: no stains, not worn or washed.

All original labels should still be attached.

If the article(s) contain stains they will not be accepted.

The garment should be packed in the original packaging, using the closure for return.
PLEASE PACK ALL RETURNS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, TO AVOID DAMAGE!

Studio Kaman cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the parcel. On receipt of the product(s) returned by the customer, our customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the product by e-mail. We recommend you ship the package with a tracking option, as you will be responsible for the package until it reaches our office.
CAN I ASK FOR A REFUND?
As soon as the package reaches us and meets all the conditions mentioned above, we will arrange the refund of the purchase within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to postpone payment until we have received the goods.
All approved returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, as well as the return costs and all potential customs duties.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way, in this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

Any return for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused; so make sure you always enclose the invoice. Return shipments that are sent outside the 14-day time frame, will not be accepted.
